Input:

  • clust is a command group; use one of its subcommands directly.

Notes:

  • Subcommand groups:
    • Tree: hier, nj, upgma
    • Flat: cc, dbscan, k-medoids, mcl, scan-dbscan
  • Run necom clust <subcommand> --help for algorithm-specific options.
